Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Radius, a product of Pay4Me, Inc. We want to ensure you clearly understand our cancellation and refund policy before using our platform. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE RADIUS WEB OR MOBILE APPLICATION TO MAKE PAYMENTS.

1. Customers may request to cancel an order at any time and for any reason. However, orders that have been submitted for processing, initiated with third-party payment processors, or already completed may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

2. Radius reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including for compliance, risk, technical, or operational reasons.

3. All Radius processing fees, service fees, urgent fees, and administrative charges are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all cancellation or refund requests, whether initiated by the customer or by Radius. Payment processor fees are incurred immediately upon transaction initiation and cannot be reversed; as a result, the total amount paid by a customer cannot be fully refunded once processing has begun.

4. To request a cancellation or refund, customers must email support@withradius.com and include the relevant transaction order number. An order is not considered canceled unless and until the customer receives written confirmation of cancellation or refund approval from Radius.

5. If a customer makes a duplicate payment or completes payment directly with a third party before receiving cancellation or refund approval from Radius, Radius will not be responsible for any resulting payments, losses, or expenses. The customer will be solely responsible for resolving such matters directly with the relevant vendor, merchant, or institution.

6. Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days following order cancellation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Once issued, refunds returned to the original payment method may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider. Radius has no control over these timelines.

7. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction or credited to the customer's Radius Wallet, at Radius's discretion. Certain refunds must be returned to the original payment method in accordance with payment processor requirements.

8. Any pending order that cannot be completed due to customer-related issues and remains unresolved or without response for more than twenty-four (24) hours will be automatically canceled and refunded, with applicable administrative charges assessed.

9. All add-on fees, including but not limited to express, premium, or one-time service charges, are non-refundable unless otherwise communicated in a prior written agreement.
